Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original Agapée branded box and inclusion pouch to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
